Responsible, honest, organized, and proactive. **At FROSTLAND, we are a company offering a variety of frozen fruits with years of experience in IQF freezing processes.** **We are seeking your talent as a Production Supervisor in CIUDAD GUZMÁN, JALISCO.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** Coordinate, manage, and supervise human resources, machinery, and equipment to carry out operational activities required by the company, thereby achieving a finished product. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Industrial Engineering degree or related field. * Minimum two years of experience as a production supervisor in the berry industry. * Must be over 25 years of age. * Knowledge of industrial machinery. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to rotate shifts (day and night). * Languages: Not required. * Competencies: Responsible, honest, organized, proactive, strong decision-making ability, ability to work under pressure, effectiveness, efficiency, analytical thinking, methodical approach, creativity, and speed in task execution. **WE OFFER** Statutory benefits.
