




*Work Mode: Onsite* **Location:** ENTER THE PLACE – JUÁREZ, NUEVO LEÓN BASIC FUNCTION Under the supervision of the General Supervisor of Casting and Molds PIII, this position is responsible for coordinating a group of operators to monitor and fulfill the production schedule. This position is also responsible for achieving established safety, quality, and process improvement objectives within the work area. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for: supervising a group of finishing operators; establishing daily work activities, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and training to meet the established production schedule. Manages employee staffing levels to prevent any shortages. Fulfills Health and Safety roles to maintain a safety culture. Provides training to new associates and monitors their progress during this phase, establishes follow-up plans, and records their results to measure progress. Responsible for finishing-related defects and for developing action plans to reduce them. Adheres to the defined standard work for the finishing process to improve productivity. Identifies and analyzes issues related to the casting and dry-finishing processes, making suggestions for detection and improvement. Creates and completes comprehensive reports and notebooks to document work performed during the shift. Maintains a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancement and supporting the use of continuous improvement tools such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5S. Responsible for ensuring personnel understand Kohler’s quality policy, mission statements, and key competencies to foster a sense of belonging. Fulfills the Health and Safety roles and responsibilities established for this position (see Position Responsibility Chart). **Skills/Requirements** REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school or technical school EXPERIENCE: Preference for 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in a similar role. TRAINING: Preference for practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based software applications. Bilingual skills preferred.
