Today, we continue to lead because we have a diverse, world-class workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do. **About the Role** As a Production Supervisor, you will be a key member of the manufacturing team, leading daily operations of a production cell to ensure achievement of goals in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Your impact will be direct on operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for: * Ensuring compliance with quality standards in the assigned cell, guaranteeing that all processes are properly documented. * Supervising and supporting execution of the production plan to meet established timelines and volumes. * Coordinating workflow sequence (assembly and delivery) to optimize team productivity. * Driving continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction within operations. * Managing material availability in coordination with logistics and supply chain teams. * Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure cell efficiency and productivity. * Leading and developing the operational team, promoting a safe, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment. * Maintaining communication with internal and external customers to ensure fulfillment of their requirements. **Requirements** We seek proactive individuals with leadership qualities, results orientation, and strong problem-solving skills.
