POSITION: ARTISANAL WORKSHOP PRODUCTION MANAGER Location: Cancún, Quintana Roo Availability: Full-time Department: Production / Operations POSITION OBJECTIVE: Lead the formulation and production of Cielo Maya brand products by planning artisanal workshop operations, coordinating and supervising staff to fulfill orders while ensuring product quality, as well as optimizing production processes and inventory and cost controls. IDEAL DEMOGRAPHIC PROFILE: \- Age Range: 30 to 50 years. \- Gender: Unrestricted. \- Marital Status: Unrestricted (personal stability and operational availability are valued). POSITION PROFILE: \- Minimum 3 years of experience in gastronomy, production, or operations industries. \- Desired experience in artisanal workshops or light manufacturing. \- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety regulations. \- Operational leadership and floor-level decision-making. \- Proficiency in Excel / basic process control. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production to meet objectives. \- Supervise artisanal food preparation processes and quality standards. \- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen area. \- Monitor raw material and work-in-process inventories. \- Reduce waste and rework. \- Coordinate and lead the production team. \- Implement continuous improvements and KPIs. \- Report results to Management.
