Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Production Engineering or related field (incomplete degree or technical level) Advanced English Work experience: * 10 years in supervisory positions in trailer and semi-trailer, tank or related manufacturing plants for export, complying with U.S. standards * Leadership of large teams (more than 20 people). * Budget management, production costs, and inventory control. * Implementation of continuous improvement methodologies. * Negotiation in purchasing and sales Special knowledge: * Quality standards (ISO 9001, NOM, etc.). * Industrial safety and hygiene (STPS, OSHA desirable). * Manufacturing processes, logistics, and supply chain. * Production planning and control tools (ERP, MRP, etc). * Management indicators (OEE, scrap, delivery time, productivity). * Materials used in trailer and semi-trailer construction * Certifications in different welding methods Main responsibilities: · **Design of production systems:** Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, from raw material receipt to final product delivery. · **Supply chain management:** Plan and control the flow of materials, information, and resources throughout the supply chain. · **Quality control:** Implement and supervise quality control systems to ensure products and services meet established standards. · **Operations management:** Coordinate and supervise daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and productivity goals are met. · **Continuous improvement:** Identify areas for improvement in production processes and propose solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. · **Industrial safety:** Implement safety measures to prevent workplace accidents and occupational illnesses. · **Resource management:** Optimize the use of human, material, financial, and technological resources to achieve maximum efficiency. · **Logistics and distribution:** Participate in logistics and product distribution management, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
