Responsible for supervising processes and ensuring regulatory compliance. **Join our team!** **We are a company specializing in natural health products and dietary supplements — we invite you to become part of our team:** ***Production Manager*** **Requirements** · Experience: Minimum 2 years as Production Manager (pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic industry) · Education: Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science and Technology (QFB), or related field. · Experience managing personnel · Proficiency in Microsoft Office · Knowledge of NOM-251-SSA1: Hygiene Practices for the Processing of Foods, Beverages, or Dietary Supplements. **Responsibilities** · Develop monthly production, maintenance, sanitation, storage, environmental, procurement, and logistics plans in coordination with department heads. · Validate cleaning procedures across all production areas, equipment, and utensils together with Quality Control for operational startup and shutdown. · Prepare the monthly production department budget. · Collaborate with the Finance Department on annual production forecasts and budgeting. · Participate in internal and external audits related to assigned departments, alongside the Quality Control Manager or Supervisor. · Actively participate in training programs to prepare for internal and external audits. · Verify compliance with production orders according to applicable SOPs. · Prepare KPI reports for the department. · Supervise production, maintenance, sanitation, environmental, warehouse, and logistics logs. · Collaborate in developing SOPs for assigned departments. · Collaborate with the Development Manager or Supervisor on new product development. · Validate supplier material receipt by the warehouse. · Verify material issuance to production per the picking list and monthly production plan. · Validate return of materials and raw materials to the warehouse. · Verify corrective or preventive maintenance of production areas, equipment, and utensils. · Responsible for warehouse inbound and outbound operations. **Benefits** · Salary: $18,000–$20,000 gross monthly · Job stability · Working hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00–18:00 · Statutory benefits Work location: Lerma Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
