Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and experienced Injection Manager/Supervisor with logistics expertise to strengthen our daily operations in a role involving parameter adjustment and personnel management. Key role in mold assembly, disassembly, and scrap elimination. WE ARE HIRING: INJECTION MANAGER AND/OR SUPERVISOR! Are you an organized person with an interest in injection molding and logistics? Join our team! We are looking for talent to strengthen our daily operations. We Offer: * Base salary: $15,000 to $18,000 monthly, negotiable, tax-free. * Fixed rest day on Sunday * Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM Key Responsibilities: * Adjust injection parameters. * Manage personnel. * Perform mold assembly and disassembly. * Eliminate scrap. * Report production equipment issues to the mold department. Required Profile: * Education: Completed or incomplete Bachelor's degree in economics or administrative fields. * Experience: Minimum of 3 years in related activities. * Knowledge: Problem analysis and resolution, precision equipment. * Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and adherence to procedures.
