What You Will Do * Coordinate and execute the production schedule. * Supervise quality, logistics, and equipment maintenance. * Lead and motivate plant personnel. * Ensure efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. Requirements * Industrial, Civil, or related Engineering degree. * \+5 years of experience in concrete production. * Knowledge of batching plants (Command Batch). * Proficiency in KPIs, inventory management, and Excel. * Proven experience leading teams.
