COMPETENCIES * Inventory control and management * Knowledge of avocado seasonality * Handling of packing quality and avocado damage standards * Knowledge of export work plans SKILLS * Organization and observation * Analytical vision and strategic thinking * Effective communication between operational and administrative teams * Analytical ability * Adaptability to unforeseen events *Key Responsibilities:* * Supervising complete and incomplete pallet inventory based on dates. * Measuring quality standards. * Co-packer program. * Daily inventory management for each packaging unit.
