Training plan for skill development Job Objective Perform surveillance, supervision, and control duties within assigned areas, safeguarding the physical integrity of people, assets, and facilities. Main Responsibilities Control access for visitors and suppliers. \*Control employee access by verifying their identification badges to confirm identity prior to facility entry. \*Ensure security in the immediate vicinity of the assigned area by conducting perimeter patrols. \*Record equipment entry and exit, requesting employee credentials to accurately log their information in the logbook. \*Coordinate immediate emergency response (e.g., earthquake, fire, etc.), activating protocols established by the Civil Protection Department to safeguard people's physical integrity. Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in internal security, personnel control, or personnel administration. \*Valid driver’s license.
