Implementation of continuous improvements in areas and with personnel We are a company dedicated to the management of non-hazardous industrial waste, seeking: ***OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR*** **Job Description:** · Manage and support waste handling operations · Coordinate and supervise waste department activities · Conduct plant walkthroughs to identify unsafe acts and conditions · Coordinate waste transportation jointly with the Logistics Department · Leadership: Decision-making and resolution of operational problems · Implementation of continuous improvements in areas and with personnel **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (completed or incomplete) · Experience managing personnel · Valid official documents (INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC) · Flexible availability of working hours · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite · Valid driver’s license Bi-weekly payment Statutory benefits (PTU, Social Security, Vacation, Year-end Bonus, and Vacation Premium) Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
