Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise operational staff assigned to your area. * Develop and implement training and development programs. * Address and follow up on customer needs and requirements. * Execute directive and corrective actions when necessary. * Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs). * Conduct periodic follow-ups and evaluations of operational staff. * Provide personalized service to our diverse customers. Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree (preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience in private security and/or in a similar position. * Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. * Knowledge of supervision strategies and personnel management. * Flexible schedule and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
