The Operations and Customer Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the proper logistical and administrative operation of the branch, meeting service and profitability standards.

**GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE:**
The Operations and Customer Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the proper execution of all logistical and administrative activities at the assigned branch, including inventory management, last-mile deliveries, facility maintenance, and staff supervision. The primary objective is to ensure the branch complies with the company's established operational, customer service, and profitability standards.
*REQUIREMENTS:*
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within a sales and logistics environment, preferably in spare parts, distribution, or retail companies.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
**KNOWLEDGE:**
* ERP, WMS (Ms Dynamics preferred), TMS, Advanced computer literacy, Intermediate\-Advanced Excel, 8D (Problem Solving), Visual factory, Mobile device handling (HP, HS), Lean tools.
**COMPETENCIES:**
* Leadership, leadership and teamwork capabilities, knowledge of inventory and last-mile logistics management, decision-making and problem-solving skills, knowledge of resource administration and budget control, effective communication and customer service skills.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Lead and coordinate the branch workforce, ensuring their performance and motivation to meet customer service expectations.
* Supervise home delivery logistics, ensuring appropriate delivery times and that customers receive their orders in perfect condition.
* Supervise the proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of spare parts, guaranteeing compliance with inventory procedures.
* Ensure billing collection and recovery of required delivery proof documentation.
* Organize and optimize warehouse space for efficient storage.
* Conduct and supervise cyclical inventories, ensuring record accuracy.
* Control and coordinate efficient fleet usage.
* Manage in-person customer service, ensuring customers receive efficient and satisfactory service.
* Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
* Supervise and coordinate branch payment processing and operational expense control.
* Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies within the branch.
* Conduct performance evaluations for subordinates.
* Participate in recruitment and selection processes.

**WORK SCHEDULE:**
* **Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.**
