Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and solution-oriented Operational Leader of Human Development to serve as the direct liaison between operations and employees, managing incidents and executing Human Development processes on-site. Active participation in operations and decision-making **Operational Leader of Human Development** **Company engaged in Cold Storage and Logistics.** Position Objective: To serve as the direct liaison between operations and employees, ensuring close attention to staff, immediate follow-up on incidents, and effective execution of Human Development processes directly within employees’ work areas. Responsibilities: * Direct and constant attention to operational staff on-site. * Follow-up on incidents, conflicts, and employee needs. * Support for leaders and supervisors on employee-related matters. Identification of turnover risks, workplace climate issues, or absenteeism. * Execution of Human Development activities directly within operations. Timely follow-up and rapid resolution of daily situations. Profile: * Experience working directly with operational staff on the shop floor. * Strong verbal communication and conflict management skills. * Dynamic and solution-oriented personality. * Personal vehicle and willingness to travel between facilities (gasoline vouchers provided). * Ability to work autonomously with consistent follow-up. * Candidates who prefer being on the shop floor rather than in an office setting. * Enjoy solving problems and staying active. * Approachable with staff yet firm when required. * Capable of executing tasks without constant supervision.
