Job Summary: A maintenance professional responsible for ensuring the proper operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities through timely and efficient service. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure optimal resource utilization and activity planning. 2. Lead and coordinate maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities. 3. Manage resources and supervise external vendors for maintenance. **MAINTENANCE** General Purpose of the Position: Ensure the proper operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities through timely and efficient maintenance services and planning activities for optimal resource utilization. **REQUIREMENTS** **Age: 30 to 55 years** **Education:** HIGH SCHOOL Availability for work schedule **Experience in:** 5 years in a similar position * Intermediate plastic injection * Mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics * Cooling equipment * Basic electronics and PLCs * Use of measuring instruments * Development of preventive and corrective maintenance plans * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Basic technical English **Skills:** * Personnel management. * Document control. * Responsible. * Leadership. * Organized. * Committed. * Conflict resolution. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop, coordinate, and perform maintenance of plant machinery, equipment, and facilities. * Coordinate, supervise, and monitor maintenance performed by external vendors on plant machinery, equipment, and facilities. * Maintain maintenance logs for plant machinery, equipment, and facilities. * Request necessary resources from Plant Management to ensure proper operation of plant machinery, equipment, and facilities. * Identify training needs and submit them to the Production Manager. * Prepare annual budgets to support maintenance programs. * Report monthly process indicators (machine downtime hours, labor costs, spare parts expenses, machine repair records, etc.). Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Technical Degree (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
