Job Summary: Supervise and ensure the proper execution of picking processes in 3PL operations, guaranteeing productivity, quality, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and management of operational staff in the picking area 2. Ensuring compliance with operational KPIs and productivity 3. Implementing continuous improvements in logistics processes **OBJECTIVE** Supervise and ensure the proper execution of picking processes within 3PL logistics operations, guaranteeing compliance with established productivity, quality, delivery timelines, and service level requirements agreed upon with the client. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise operational staff in the picking area. * Ensure compliance with operational KPIs and productivity. * Validate correct order picking according to client requirements. * Coordinate workloads and line balancing. * Monitor SLA compliance and shipping timelines. * Manage operational incidents and track deviations. * Supervise proper use of WMS and handheld devices. * Implement continuous improvements in picking processes. * Track inventory, locations, and accuracy. * Train and develop operational staff. * Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and housekeeping standards. **REQUIREMENTS** Education Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in: Logistics and/or Industrial Engineering. Experience * Minimum 3 years as a Picking Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, or similar role. * Mandatory experience in 3PL operations. * Experience managing operational teams of 20–50 people. * Experience in high-volume distribution centers. **Knowledge of the following processes:** * Picking * Packing * Shipping * Receiving * Inventory **Technical Knowledge** * WMS proficiency. * Handheld / RF device usage. * Operational KPI management: * IRA * ILA * Productivity * Fill Rate * Inventory Accuracy * Intermediate Excel skills. * 5S methodology. * Workload balancing. * Operational incident management. **WE OFFER** * Base salary: $22k * Statutory benefits * Additional benefits
