Position Summary: We are seeking an analytical and leadership-oriented professional to manage MLM systems, improve material handling performance indicators, with strong customer orientation and problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in MLM system administration and performance indicator improvement 2. Personnel management and experience with key systems (KBIMS, CHAMPS) 3. In-depth knowledge of material flow and handling a) Analytical and leadership-oriented professional to manage MLM systems, results-driven to improve Material Handling Indicators, customer service, problem-solving skills, effective communication, and teamwork. b) Personnel management experience with at least 4 years in the MLM area, knowledge of KBIMS, CHAMPS, SPD, and KANBAN systems. c) Knowledge of material flow, Kanban routes, Bulk routes, sequencing system (SPD), receiving process, record integrity, scheduling, planning, and material handling for pilot units. d) Commitment, accountability, and availability to work different shifts according to company needs. **Requirements:** 3 years of experience, Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Mechatronics, or Business Administration; degree must be conferred. English language proficiency—written and spoken—at least 80%. Leadership, resource management, and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in computer applications, Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint (Office).
