Job Description We are seeking a **Sales Manager** with experience in B2B sales and commercial leadership to plan, direct, and execute the company’s sales strategy, driving customer growth and strengthening business relationships in the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement the **commercial strategy and annual sales plan**. * **Supervise and lead the sales team**, monitoring goal achievement and performance. * Analyze **sales by customer, product, and region** to optimize results. * Maintain and strengthen **relationships with key clients**, and prospect new business opportunities. * Coordinate with internal departments (management, production, marketing, and warehouse) to ensure sales targets and delivery commitments are met. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or related field**. * **3 to 5 years of experience** as a sales leader or Sales Manager. * Experience in **B2B sales**, preferably in manufacturing, corrugated cardboard, or paper industries. * Proficiency in **ASPEL SAE**, and ability to analyze costs, margins, and profitability. * **Willingness and availability to travel and visit clients** throughout the Mexican Republic.
