Our Opening and Your Responsibilities* Installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial weighing equipment; identification of issues; and application of technical competencies acquired in the field. * Preparation of service reports and continuous communication with your direct supervisor. * Management of technical documentation and certificates required by each client. * Technical support to customers related to equipment maintenance services. * Post-service customer consultation, advising on solutions and identifying optimal additional improvements and solutions. * Providing local technical support and assistance, and traveling to other regions of the country as needed. What You Need to SucceedRequirements:* Degree or current enrollment in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Metrology, or related engineering disciplines. * Field maintenance service experience with industrial equipment and at least one year of customer service experience (experience with industrial weighing equipment is preferred). * Adherence to processes. * Proficiency in PC usage. * Microsoft Office proficiency. * English: 70% proficiency required (ability to communicate via video calls, email, deliver presentations, and receive training). * Proficiency in PC usage and Office software. * Valid driver's license (required). * Willingness to travel (within Mexico). * Location: Guadalajara (must reside in the area or nearby).
