Coordinate HR strategic planning and supervise the team A hotel company with 252 rooms is looking for a Human Resources Manager. Your responsibilities include: * Ensure proper execution of HR management processes. * Guarantee compliance with labor and tax legislation. * Promote a positive work environment aligned with organizational culture. * Represent the company before legal authorities and joint commissions. * Coordinate HR strategic planning in alignment with General Management. * Supervise and evaluate the performance of the HR team. * Analyze and implement incentives and recognition programs. * Supervise payroll processes, tax payments, and annual declarations. * Lead corporate programs and events. * Design and implement the Annual Training Program, following needs assessment. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in coordination or managerial roles in Human Resources. **Knowledge:** * Current labor and tax legislation. * Recruitment, training, and payroll processes. * HR strategic planning. * Workplace climate and organizational culture management. * STPS regulations and occupational safety and hygiene standards. **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership and decision-making. * Effective communication and negotiation. * Planning and organization. * Results orientation. * Professional ethics and confidential information handling.
