We work with a dedicated team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Job Objective:** As the **Regional Human Resources Manager** at Grupo Ecodeli, you will be responsible for leading the human capital strategy, ensuring operational and organizational objectives are met through a results-driven, productive, and talent-focused management approach. This position carries both strategic and operational responsibilities, including leadership of teams and key processes such as recruitment and selection, staffing coverage, turnover reduction, organizational development, labor relations, and administration of HR performance indicators. ### **Functions and Responsibilities** **Activities:** * Design and implement regional Human Resources strategies aligned with business objectives. * Lead and coordinate regional recruitment and HR teams. * Prepare executive reports and present results to senior management. * Develop and implement regional staffing coverage and talent attraction strategies. * Implement strategies aimed at reducing turnover rates and improving staff retention. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and organizational processes. * Participate in disciplinary procedures, labor relations, and conflict resolution. * Promote training programs, development initiatives, and organizational culture. * Conduct periodic visits to states in the northern and western regions. * Ensure timely coverage of operational, administrative, and strategic vacancies. * Monitor and track recruitment and human capital KPIs. * Recruitment productivity **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managerial Human Resources roles with regional or multi-branch scope. * Demonstrable experience managing operational and administrative staffing. * Proficiency in mass and specialized recruitment strategies. * Infectious energy — Your positive attitude and dynamism inspire everyone around you.
