Opportunity to manage project delivery and client satisfaction Client: Our client is a leading US\-based company providing environmental services such as customized waste and recycling programs, and innovative sustainability solutions. * Position overview: The project involves the support and ongoing development of the client’s ERP platform — the core technology underpinning the business and enabling the planning, execution, and tracking of key operational processes. The system is built on .NET and React.js and serves as a critical component of the client’s day\-to\-day operations. * The role involves leading a distributed cross\-functional team composed of both the client’s in\-house professionals and DataArt experts, ensuring effective collaboration across organizations and geographies. The primary objective is to establish and support a reliable, sustainable delivery process that enables the regular release of new ERP versions incorporating enhanced functionality, continuous system improvements, and optimized business workflows. * Responsibilities: Manage project delivery, scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies * Coordinate distributed cross\-functional teams and stakeholder communication * Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support backlog management activities * Track project progress, priorities, and delivery status * Identify risks and propose mitigation actions * Ensure transparency, high\-quality delivery, and client satisfaction * Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting * Support estimation, planning, and process improvement initiatives * 5\+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT outsourcing or consulting environments * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban) * Hands\-on experience with project planning, tracking, risk management, stakeholder management, and reporting * Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) * Experience working with distributed multicultural teams and international clients * Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills * Client\-oriented mindset with experience in expectation management and conflict resolution * Analytical and problem\-solving skills * Upper\-Intermediate or higher spoken and written English * Nice to have: Technical background * Experience in pre\-sales and proposal preparation * Experience managing multiple projects and tracking implementation progress * Experience identifying project risks and pitfalls and recommending mitigation strategies
