Join us and become part of our great Wellness family! **GENERAL MANAGER OF SPORTS CLUB** **SPORTS WORLD ANTARA** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Business Administration, Hotel Management or related field. **Knowledge:** Administrative, financial, personnel management, basic knowledge of the fitness industry. **Skills:** Personnel management, effective listening, empathy, assertive communication, attention to detail, sense of urgency, organization, structure, problem solving, data analysis, strategic thinking, drive, hospitality, ability to build interpersonal relationships and teamwork. **Experience:** Minimum 5 years managing teams of 50 people, business unit management and administration, budget handling, and personalized customer service. **Responsibilities:** Ensure proper execution of the business unit's EBITDA budget, management of operational expenses, sales, and budget follow-up. Manage human and material resources for efficient operations. Guarantee the implementation of profitable sports programs. Ensure that sports area services are delivered according to established quality standards. Ensure compliance with operations in your business unit according to organizational standards and guidelines. Promptly follow up on user suggestions, complaints, or compliments, maintaining customer satisfaction, service levels, and safety.
