Job Summary: We are seeking a General Assistant to perform maintenance, cleaning, and operational support tasks, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and facilities according to quality standards. Collaboration in occupational safety and hygiene **Position: General Assistant** **Objective:** Perform general maintenance, cleaning, and operational support tasks to ensure the proper functioning of assigned equipment, facilities, and areas, complying with quality, safety, and order standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Carry out tasks assigned by the Workshop Supervisor and/or Services Manager. * Clean, lubricate, and test equipment, recording activities in the logbook. * Assist technicians and mechanics with maintenance and repairs. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the workshop. * Perform building improvements and general maintenance. * Support occupational safety and hygiene activities. * Prepare tools and request materials or spare parts. * Comply with workshop safety regulations and proper use of PPE. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain equipment and facilities in optimal condition. * Meet deadlines and quality requirements for each task. * Handle and use tools and materials responsibly. **Requirements:** * Junior high school or high school diploma. * One year of experience in general maintenance or operational support (preferred). * Basic knowledge of tools and industrial safety. * Availability to perform diverse tasks. * Responsibility and commitment to animal care. **Benefits** * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Life insurance including funeral expenses * Punctuality bonus * Attendance bonus * Grocery vouchers * Uniforms * Two paid leave days upon completing the first anniversary * Paid leave days and financial support for the birth of children * Marriage bonus and financial support for civil marriage * Paid leave days and financial support for the death of immediate family members * School supplies program and financial support for employees' children and employees themselves.
