Distribution Manager Main Responsibilities * Coordinate distribution activities, ensuring compliance with established plans. * Design and supervise efficient delivery routes, optimizing time and resources. * Verify product loading and unloading according to safety and quality standards. * Assign and manage operational staff according to demand. * Monitor delivery incidents and implement immediate solutions. * Track in-transit inventory and validate delivery processes. * Prepare operational performance reports. * Implement improvements in distribution processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Requirements * Education: Completed higher education * Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and distribution leadership roles. * Experience in coordinating operational personnel. * Knowledge of route management and transportation processes. * Availability to work full-time.
