Leads discussions to establish collaboration frameworks and strengthen the company’s relationships with public and private organizations. Contains and defines conciliation and management strategies to prevent any messaging that could damage the company’s reputation among civil society and government. Coordinates and directs the company’s priority and strategic projects to build a positive social image in the communities where we operate. Participates in civic councils (local, state, and binational) and business chambers, making decisions and actively engaging on matters related to economy, security, social/environmental stability, and political stability that directly impact the company. Provides recommendations and visibility to company leaders regarding the socioeconomic and political situation in our region, to anticipate and minimize any medium- or long-term adverse effects on the company. Collaborates closely with business leaders to maintain up-to-date awareness of external issues directly affecting their functions.
