Our focus on quality and growth is what makes us an employer of choice and helps us sustain our culture of excellence. **Job Description** Perform routine cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure inventory data integrity. **What You'll Do** * Conduct regular and ad\-hoc inventory cycle counts. * Identify and resolve discrepancies. * Accurately update inventory records in the inventory management system with cycle count results. * Generate cycle count reports and present findings to management and relevant stakeholders. * Compliance with standards. * Work closely with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to coordinate cycle count schedules, ensure inventory accuracy during production processes, and address any inventory-related concerns. * Continuously evaluate cycle counting processes and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and productivity. * Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety guidelines during cycle counting activities. * Assist in conducting periodic inventory audits to assess overall inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement. **Who You Are** * Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent. * 6 months of experience in similar roles. * Basic knowledge of inventory management. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. * Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment. * Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and effectively convey findings. * Proficiency in using inventory management software and systems. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Email proficiency. **What's in It for You** * Generous benefits package including life insurance. * A corporate culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growth. * Wellness programs and product discounts.
