This position will be responsible for daily warehouse operations management, ensuring smooth goods flow, accurate inventory, and efficient process execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping processes * Coordinate and supervise warehouse team performance * Maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring system records match physical stock * Supervise product labeling, packaging, and order processing procedures * Support import/export-related logistics operations * Ensure warehouse compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards * Identify and resolve operational issues promptly * Supervise proper use of warehousing equipment and tools **Requirements** * Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations management * Familiarity with e-commerce warehousing and international logistics processes is preferred * Experience in inventory management and system operations (WMS/ERP) * Experience in team management **Language Requirements (Mandatory)** * English: Advanced (proficient for daily work communication) * Chinese: Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing * *This position requires direct communication with management personnel who do not speak Spanish* **Core Competencies** * Organizational and process control capabilities * Team management and execution capability * Problem-solving ability * Strong communication skills * Adaptability to fast-paced work environments **Work Information** * Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 (Saturday work as required) * Salary: Up to MXN 60,000/month (pre-tax, based on experience and competence) * Benefits: Statutory benefits \+ supplementary benefits (commercial health insurance, life insurance, savings fund, meal allowance, etc.) * Work Location: Tultitlán, State of Mexico (near Tultipark II) * Offers stable career development opportunities Sueldo: Hasta $60,000\.00 al mes Escolaridad: * Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio) Experiencia: * Supervisor de Almacén: 4 años (Obligatorio) Idioma: * Chino mandarín (Obligatorio) * Inglés (Obligatorio) Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
