***JOB REQUIREMENTS*** * Academic background: Industrial Engineering. * Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in Lean Manufacturing program development and implementation. * Languages: English desirable * MS Office, intermediate/advanced Excel, and communication tools (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.) ***JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Ensure monthly tracking and reporting of projects. * Set project improvement priorities in collaboration with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance Managers. * Provide education and training to staff on lean concepts and their various tools for operational improvement. * Coordinate and execute kaizen events that generate value for operations and promote continuous improvement awareness. * Support quotations for new projects (RFQs). * Manage projects. * Prepare executive reports and presentations for management.
