In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all operations are conducted in accordance with established regulations and policies. **Responsibilities:** * Manage regulatory and compliance processes. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure implementation of internal policies (Code of Ethics, Labor Policies, Human Rights, Safety, Environment, etc.). * Analyze and report on risk areas and improvement opportunities. * Promote a compliance culture across the organization. * Social Compliance Audits and Certifications (Smeta 4 Pillars, Higg, WRAP, and CTPAT) * Environmental Management and Safety & Hygiene * Internal Pre-Audit Program **Requirements:** * Prior experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of applicable sector regulations and laws. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. * Effective communication and collaboration skills. * Proficiency in English. * Willingness to travel to various plants.
