Commercial Manager for an Office At Argos, we are seeking a Commercial Manager with strategic vision, results orientation, and proactive leadership to drive the growth of our commercial network in the life insurance sector. Your objective will be to direct and coordinate the promotion of our product portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance and the profitability of the office under your responsibility. What will be your mission? You will be responsible for comprehensively leading the commercial operations of your office, driving the development of the sales force and consolidating Argos' presence in your region. Your leadership will be key to ensuring a profitable, efficient operation aligned with our values and institutional standards. Main Responsibilities * Design, establish, and monitor work plans to achieve commercial and operational objectives. * Coordinate and evaluate internal and external sales teams, ensuring high performance standards in insurance placement. * Identify, recruit, and onboard new business partners, strategically expanding the distribution network. * Supervise service provided to agents and channels, ensuring service quality and customer experience. * Implement initiatives that enhance the productivity and profitability of the office under your leadership. Ideal Profile *MANDATORY EXPERIENCE IN LIFE INSURANCE* Professional degree in economics or administrative fields. Minimum 2 years of experience as Commercial Manager or equivalent role in life insurance. Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and mastery of commercial strategies. Leadership skills, team management capabilities, and results orientation.
