The primary function is to ensure that the cafeteria operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with the company-defined standards for quality, service, and customer experience.*** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Supervise and standardize operational processes across all cafeterias (opening, closing, inventory, cash handling, etc.). · Ensure compliance with product quality and customer service standards. · Optimize operational costs and increase profitability per unit. · Coordinate preventive and corrective equipment maintenance across all locations. · Maintain inventory control for assigned units, including reconciliation, verification, and authorization prior to submission to the administrative department. · Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. · Lead, motivate, and develop unit leaders and their teams. · Establish clear, measurable objectives for each cafeteria and track progress. · Review and approve unit operating schedules, then submit them to operational coordination. · Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. · Implement training and professional development programs for all staff. · Manage performance, including evaluations, improvement plans, and recognition. · Develop and implement strategies for sales growth and continuous improvement across all locations. · Identify market opportunities, trends, and new ideas for menu items or promotions. · Ensure all cafeterias comply with safety, hygiene, and health regulations. · Facilitate effective communication between senior management and unit teams.
