Position Summary: Cadeco is seeking a Branch Manager to lead commercial strategies, manage operations, inventory, and teams, ensuring growth and compliance with policies in the marketing of heavy machinery parts. We operate in 7 countries and have over 120 branches across Latin America, serving as an industry benchmark. **Due to growth, we are seeking talent to join our team as BRANCH MANAGER.** * **Main Responsibilities** * Execute commercial strategies, develop key customers, and ensure sales growth through proper portfolio management, customer visits, quotations, and commercial opportunities. * Ensure appropriate inventory control, logistics of goods, restocking, returns, and warranties, maintaining order, branch image, and smooth operational functioning. * Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, supervise cash handling, credit portfolios, collections, expenses, and resources, as well as proper documentation management and responsiveness to audits and legal requirements. * Lead and monitor branch personnel performance, KPIs, training, and operational discipline. * Plan and organize branch activities, follow up on pending commercial, operational, and administrative tasks, analyze KPIs and results to prioritize activities and ensure objective attainment. **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma. * Field sales experience, key customer service, and portfolio management. * Desired knowledge in at least one of the following product lines: **Cutting Tools** (tips, buckets, blades, hydraulic hammers), **Undercarriage** (tracks, track shoes, rollers, guide wheels), **Maintenance** (lubricants, filters, accumulators), **Tools and Equipment** (mechanical tools, electrical equipment, safety gear), **Engines** (assemblies, pumps, cylinder heads, new and semi-new engines), **Tires and Rims** (for industrial and agricultural vehicles), **Trailer Transport** (pneumatic, electrical, and towing systems), and **Hydraulics** (pumps, hoses, valves, cylinders, seals). * Experience serving the construction, mining, agricultural, transportation, automotive, or industrial markets. **We Offer** * Base salary + commissions. * Weekly payment via BBVA. * Grocery vouchers amounting to 10%. * 30-day year-end bonus. * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Job stability.
