Description **GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION** * Ensure the binding production schedule is fulfilled according to quality standards while optimizing human resources and equipment, fostering a healthy and safe work environment, promoting staff development, maintaining equipment in optimal operating condition, and achieving customer satisfaction. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure the production schedule is executed on time and as planned * Set clear daily production targets for supervisors * Report production progress for each shift * Identify barriers detected in any of the production processes and propose possible solutions * Ensure preventive maintenance is performed on all machines * Anticipate potential issues that may arise during project runs by participating in product meetings organized by CSRs * Promote professional development of team members * Manage human resources to maintain balanced crews and shifts **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Industrial Engineering (preferred) * Experience: Minimum 5 years in the role * Intermediate/Advanced English (desirable) **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** * Knowledge of binding processes (printing) is a plus * General understanding of production equipment operation * Personnel management * Ability to work under pressure * Proficiency with Office suite for daily reporting * Knowledge of Six Sigma systems **Work Location:** CDMX and Toluca Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $50,000.00 per month Languages: * English (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site
