Job Summary: Oversee the overall bar operation, from inventory and staff management to beverage innovation and standards compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Staff training and guidance for bar personnel 2. Development of new beverages and sensory experiences 3. Coordination with management to ensure service synchronization * Supervise bar opening, operation, and closing in accordance with established procedures. * Train and guide bar staff on service techniques, beverage preparation, and presentation. * Conduct daily inventory checks and identify potential shrinkage, leakage, or discrepancies. * Prepare supply requisitions based on consumption and stock levels. * Ensure proper storage, preservation, and stock rotation of products. * Propose and develop new beverages, cocktails, and sensory experiences. * Maintain a clean, organized bar area with equipment in optimal working condition. * Supervise compliance with hygiene standards, personal appearance requirements, and staff safety protocols. * Coordinate with the Manager and Captain to ensure seamless synchronization between bar and dining room operations. * Monitor supply costs and yields, safeguarding profitability margins.
