Job Summary:
We are seeking a junior auditor to manage work orders, organize routes, visit customers, diagnose equipment, and report incidents, ensuring inventory control.

We are looking for a junior auditor
**Requirements**
* Proficiency in operating a standard motorcycle with a valid motorcycle driver's license
* Minimum experience in fiber optics or telecommunications fields
* Experience in customer service and problem resolution
* Completed secondary education
* Experience using digital platforms and familiarity with mobile phones
**Responsibilities**
* Daily submission of work orders and preparation of materials for equipment replacement and installation.
* Route planning and customer visits to maximize the number of services performed.
* Updating and verifying equipment installation lists, as well as diagnosing unreachable customers or vacant addresses.
* Reporting incidents, rescheduled customers, incorrect addresses, or rejected services to the radio dispatcher.
* Daily handover of replaced equipment and management of loaner equipment folders.
* Tool handover and receipt with supervisor at the start and end of each shift.
* Equipment receipt and delivery at the warehouse, ensuring inventory control and necessary clarifications.
