We are currently looking for talent such as: **ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER** **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemist Biologist, Chemical Engineer, Administrative areas or related (Graduated) * 5 years of experience in logistics and distribution * 5 years in managerial, coordination, or supervisory roles within the pharmaceutical industry * Supervisory experience with operational and administrative staff (5 years) * Knowledge of **SAP (essential)** * Good practices in storage and distribution of health supplies **Responsibilities:** * Establish objectives for documentation, data entry, shipment planning and scheduling, and QMS departments * Monitor shipment planning by route and courier * Follow up on incidents reported during deliveries * Track reporting of order pickups that are physically present in the warehouse * Monitor daily operations related to shipment planning, documentation, data entry, and QMS * Manage necessary resources for order fulfillment, generation of document kits, route planning, and compliance with QMS to achieve departmental goals **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Additional benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund At Ralca, we respect human dignity and diversity.
