WE SPECIALIZE IN MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING PRODUCTS AND AGRICULTURAL SECTOR SUPPLIES SUCH AS BINDER TWINE, STRAPPING, IRRIGATION TAPE, MACHINERY, ETC.** **JOIN OUR TALENT AS AN** **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – JOGOTEPEC BRANCH** **REQUIREMENTS** * Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in administrative fields (preferred) * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service * Ability to commute to the work area * Experience in billing and petty cash management * Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide administrative support to the branch manager * Liaise with HR at headquarters regarding hiring, terminations, etc. * Manage petty cash and handle cash transactions * Attend to customers visiting the branch * Handle billing **WE OFFER** * Salary: $13,000 MXN * Meal vouchers: 8% * Savings fund: 5% * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, profit sharing, INFONAVIT, FONACOT) Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Saturday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM Work location: Vicente Guerrero Pte 300, 45806, La Unidad Deportiva, Jal Position type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Meal vouchers Work location: On-site employment
