Receiving and evaluation of order returns. **A leading manufacturing company is seeking:** Shipping Supervisor **Job Responsibilities:** Conduct physical inventory counts of the Finished Goods Warehouse together with the Shipping Assistant, verifying actual on-hand quantities against system-recorded quantities to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory control, thereby preventing losses or discrepancies during order shipment. Maintain the Shipping Area whiteboard up to date, recording information on units that have been loaded versus those pending loading, to ensure proper tracking and determine the number of units processed at the end of each shift in the plant. Inspect the distribution and placement of received finished goods by customs agents, ensuring they are stored in the designated warehouse area to maintain accurate inventory records and avoid potential discrepancies. Coordinate and authorize entry of transport units, verifying proper placement within the yard to ensure required units are available for daily shipments inside the plant. Receive customer-rejected order returns, count the returned materials, and share this information with the Quality Control department for evaluation. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday; weekly rotating shifts **First Shift:** 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Second Shift:** 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. **Third Shift:** 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Iztapalapa Borough, El Vergel Neighborhood, Cdmx.
