**Required Profile** * **Position:** "Hiab Crane Operator" * **Company:** Autopista Urbana Norte \& Viaducto Bicentenario * **Education:** High School Diploma * **Experience:** 1 year in general basic mechanics, operation of related machinery. * **Essential Knowledge \& Skills:** Results-oriented work, handling and control of light and heavy machinery, general basic diesel and gasoline mechanics. Knowledge of traffic regulations, basic knowledge of diesel and gasoline mechanics, defensive driving. Handling of traffic signaling and work zone flagging on the roadway surface. * **Work Location:** Rotation at Toreo, Reforma, Viaducto, and San Antonio interchanges. Or opposite side of Toreo up to Tepalcapa. * **Work Schedule:** On-site \& availability for night shifts. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Operate urban roadway machines and equipment, contributing to the execution of scheduled and authorized maintenance tasks, operating equipment such as self-propelled sweepers, flatbed trucks with Hiab cranes, 3\.5-ton trucks, and pick\-ups, etc. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.** * Perform a general inspection of the machine's and/or equipment's physical condition, also verifying consumable fluid levels before starting any activity. * Carry out assigned tasks with the support of one or more maintenance assistants according to the business units' needs. * Prepare daily logs of equipment used and reports of completed activities to deliver to the Minor Maintenance Specialist or crew supervisor. * Notify the Minor Maintenance Specialist promptly regarding verification of pollutant emissions, preventive maintenance, and possible failures in any machinery component that could risk the equipment or personnel. * Comply with safety measures and respect speed limits. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the vehicle; when maneuvering on asphalt surfaces, place appropriate work zone signaling and flagging, avoiding stopping on horizontal or vertical curves whenever possible. * Comply with current internal standards for Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment. * Pass periodic knowledge exams and study the operation and maintenance manual for each assigned machine. * During roadway inspections, report any anomalies that could jeopardize the highway's operation, user safety, employee safety, operator safety, or infrastructure components. * Handle all waste generated during operations in accordance with environmental, occupational health, and safety guidelines. * Use and ensure assistants use assigned personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gear related to the tasks performed. * Assist in various routine activities determined by the Minor Maintenance area and in personnel transportation. **COMPETENCIES** Teamwork, service orientation, communication, adherence to guidelines. **WE OFFER:** Base salary $12,000 monthly gross, 12 vacation days, 30 days of Christmas bonus, 5\.5% savings fund based on monthly salary, 4\.5% food vouchers based on monthly salary, Social Security, profit sharing, Life Insurance \& Funeral Expenses coverage.
