Foster a positive, results-oriented work environment. **Branch Manager / Field Team Leader (Microfinance)** *(Branch Advisor)* **Are you passionate about leading field teams and delivering tangible results?** At Podemos, we seek a leader eager to grow, develop talent, and build high-performing teams. **IMPORTANT:** This role is 80% field-based and 20% administrative. **POSITION MISSION** Lead and develop a field team, ensuring customer growth, target achievement, and proper operational execution—with a strong focus on results and quality. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead, support, and develop the field team * Ensure achievement of commercial and operational targets * Monitor KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly * Supervise loan disbursement and collections * Guarantee adherence to processes and policies * Drive portfolio growth and delinquency control * Foster a positive, results-oriented work environment **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed bachelor’s degree * 1–2 years of experience leading teams (sales, collections, or microfinance) * Fieldwork experience (mandatory) * Results-oriented mindset * Numerical aptitude and organizational skills * Proficiency with digital tools **WE OFFER** * Base salary: $20,000–$26,000 per month * Total monthly income: $20,000–$40,000 (base + bonuses) * Monthly performance bonus (up to 50% of base salary) * Additional tribe performance bonus (+25%) * Biweekly operational bonuses * Quarterly excellence bonus (up to one additional salary) * Growth plan (promotion opportunities every 3 months based on performance) **APPLICATION** If you seek growth, challenges, and a compensation model where your performance directly impacts your earnings, apply through this channel.
