We are looking for your talent as BRANCH MANAGER What do you need? * Clear focus on achieving objectives * Proven experience in planning and designing collection and retention strategies * Portfolio and collections management What will be your responsibilities? * Monitor the traceability of the credit granting life cycle and, based on this, identify customers with an upcoming pension resolution from Social Security, proactively managing through branches the granting of the second credit until formalization. * Monitor the disbursement of the first and second credit stages. * Identify and follow up on the MAP 40 product customer portfolio to ensure they are granted a traditional credit. * Establish communication with the collections department to report the updated status of MAP 40 product customers. * Analyze portfolio performance and support preventive and corrective strategies. * Implement commercial actions that favor recovery and prevent portfolio delinquency.
