




We are looking for a committed leader with a commercial vision and passion for customer service to manage one of our branches and continue driving the growth of our institution. **Requirements:** * Partial or completed bachelor's degree. * Open to all genders. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (Branch Manager in sales, collections, and personnel management). * Flexible availability. * Positive credit history (mandatory). * Proficiency in Office software. * Experience in credit analysis, service sales (preferably in the financial sector), customer service, team leadership, enthusiasm for challenges, and results orientation. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure complete customer satisfaction. * Design and execute strategies to increase sales. * Monitor and achieve established goals. * Strengthen the sales and collections skills of the team under their supervision. * Coordinate prospecting and service promotion activities.
