We are seeking a **Workshop Manager** focused on results, operational leadership, and customer orientation, responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising workshop operations to ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and profitability. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with technical procedures, safety regulations, and manufacturer guidelines, as well as optimizing human and material resources for proper service department operation. Key Responsibilities * Plan and supervise production, maintenance, and vehicle delivery schedules. * Coordinate daily workshop operations to meet delivery timelines and service quality standards. * Manage financial and material resources, optimizing operational expenses. * Audit repair quality and validate final road tests. * Develop and present performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly profitability reports. * Coordinate with the Warehouse regarding parts and supplies availability. * Supervise technical staff training, performance, and safety. * Track vehicle status with Fleet and Sales departments. * Coordinate administrative processes related to operations and human resources.
