Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Server with experience in Italian cuisine, wines, and spirits, capable of performing suggestive sales and knowing the menu thoroughly. Key Highlights: 1. In-depth knowledge of the menu and dish preparation WE ARE SEEKING A SALES SERVER MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS: . Minimum 6 months of restaurant experience. . Experience in Italian cuisine and knowledge of wines and spirits. . Skill in suggestive selling. · Enter customer orders into the system · Perform assigned cleaning tasks in their designated area · Efficiently collect payments from customers · Always offer seasonal dishes to customers · Be available to their immediate supervisor for any matters concerning their area. · Perform suggestive sales at all times · Achieve assigned sales targets . Know 100% of the restaurant’s menu, including preparation from scratch of all menu items—both food and wine.
