Job Summary: Nutribits is seeking a Data Entry Clerk / Control Desk Operator to verify documents, use Excel databases, manage inventory and billing, and generate reports. Key Highlights: 1. Our offerings include salad pouches of various types, butterhead lettuce hearts, trays of healthy snacks, among others. Our products are available nationwide across multiple supermarket chains. We have been operating in the market for 27 years. We are located 5 minutes from Huinalá Shoe Center, in Apodaca, Nuevo León. \*Position: Data Entry Clerk / Control Desk Operator\* As a Data Entry Clerk / Control Desk Operator, you will interact with the Billing, Sales, and Warehouse teams. The main responsibilities include: \-Verifying documents provided by clients (ensuring legibility, completeness, up-to-date status, etc.) \-Using Excel databases and managing inventory—checking product availability in the system. \-Issuing delivery notes and invoices promptly and accurately. \-Submitting reports on canceled delivery notes to your supervisor and maintaining invoice control. \-Requesting shipping manifests and coordinating with the warehouse. We Offer: \-Fixed shift (6 AM to 3 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break), Monday through Saturday. \-Statutory benefits from day one. \-Weekly payroll (Santander), weekly food vouchers ($165\.13\) (Pluxee). \-Monthly gross salary (before taxes): $12,576\.38 \-Monthly gross salary after 3 months (before taxes): $13,284\.08 Applicant Requirements: \-Completed high school education \-Prior ERP system experience preferred \-Proficiency in Excel The office is located inside the plant, within the warehouse area. Since we handle food products, we will provide all necessary protective equipment upon entry (shoes, hairnet, face mask). Inside the office, you may remove the hairnet and face mask for greater comfort.
