Comprehensive supervision of warehouse processes A leading company in Monterrey, dedicated to the sale and distribution of water solution products, is seeking: Warehouse and Traffic Manager in Monterrey, located in the General Escobedo area. **Benefits:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Punctuality and attendance bonuses * Grocery vouchers * 21-day year-end bonus **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience as Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor * Experience in inventory control and personnel management * Forklift operation skills * Strong professional references * Experience in loading and unloading heavy goods * Knowledge of piping, fittings, or valves is desirable Responsibilities: * Control of merchandise inflows and outflows in both system and physical records * Inventory supervision and execution of cyclic and annual counts * Coordination of delivery routes * Supervision of receiving, picking, loading, and unloading * Management and supervision of operational staff * Maintenance control of vehicles and forklifts * Reporting of incidents and inventory discrepancies * Compliance with internal procedures and quality guidelines Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $19,000.00 - $19,500.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
