We are a leading company in the food industry and are seeking to hire someone with sales experience. As a Sales Representative, you will join our dynamic team and be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products to potential clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients; therefore, a friendly, persuasive, and goal-oriented attitude is required. Responsibilities: * Identify sales opportunities and generate qualified leads. * Visit clients across various locations to present and sell our product. * Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products to provide accurate information and expert advice to clients. * Manage and maintain a client portfolio, building strong relationships and fostering client loyalty. * Achieve and exceed established sales targets and assigned quotas. * Monitor market trends and evolving client needs to effectively adapt sales strategies. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for submission to your immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree (preferably in economics or business administration). * Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a standard vehicle. * Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the food industry. * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals. * Availability to work in the field 95% of the time and perform administrative tasks 5% of the time. * Experience building client relationships and tracking sales metrics. * Dynamic and adaptable to change. * Proactive and skilled in cold prospecting. * Flexible availability for working hours. * Proximity to Temamatla, State of Mexico, with ease of mobility across the region (e.g., Tenango del Aire, Cocotitlán, Chalco, etc.).
