Sales Manager for the opening of a new branch at GALERIAS SALTILLO Are you passionate about sales? Join our team! We specialize in mobile phone accessories and are looking for a proactive Sales Manager with strong customer service orientation and leadership skills. What will you do? * Supervise and coordinate daily point-of-sale activities * Serve and advise customers on purchasing accessories (cases, chargers, etc.) * Manage inventory and stock control * Achieve sales targets and ensure an excellent shopping experience * Recruit staff * Train staff – payroll preparation – deposits – customer service Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service * Professional appearance and strong communication skills * Leadership attitude and problem-solving ability * Availability to work split shifts: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM and 4:00 PM–8:00 PM We Offer: * Base salary of $3,000 weekly, net * Bonuses for achieving targets * Continuous training and professional development * Internal career growth plan * Statutory benefits from day one Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $3,000.00 per week Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Experience: * Sales management: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
