Essential experience in: Coordinating a sales team to ensure achievement of key performance indicators such as: Sales volume Service level Shrinkage Order control Mentoring and training new staff on proper use of provided tools, such as Hand Held devices. * Promoting products to increase sales. * Handling requests for additional products beyond the original order. * Reviewing and validating product shortages or returns. * Receiving routes upon arrival, monitoring compliance with KPIs, vehicle cleanliness, balance verification, and requesting settlement receipts upon completion of the workday for all routes. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles weighing 3.5 tons are mandatory.
